Aurora is a Discord bot operated by an independent developer. These terms govern your access to and use of the bot and all related services.

What we store: Your Discord user ID, XP, streak data, submitted solutions, and notes you create. We do not store your Discord password, email, or any private messages.
Your content: Notes and code submissions you create through Aurora remain your intellectual property. By submitting content, you grant Aurora a limited license to store and display it back to you within the bot's functionality.
AI interactions: Questions sent to the AI assistant are processed by third-party AI providers. These interactions are not permanently stored by Aurora but may be subject to the AI provider's own data policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bot. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to Aurora at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or behavior that negatively impacts other users.
You may stop using Aurora at any time by simply not interacting with the bot or removing it from your server.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Aurora after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
